Dominik Szoboszlai fired in a clever low free-kick to give the Reds the lead in Marseille, and they later added to that lead through an own goal and a fine finish by Cody Gakpo.

Chelsea scrape past Pafos
Moises Caicedo headed in a second half winner as Chelsea unexpectedly struggled to get past Pafos in last night’s Champions League clash at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues just couldn’t quite break down their stubborn opponents, and it required one moment of uncertainty at a set piece for Caicedo to pounce with a header.

Newcastle make easy work of PSV
Newcastle United pounced on some poor PSV defending as they earned a comfortable 3-0 victory at St James’ Park.
Yoane Wissa had an easy finish and then turned provider for an even easier goal for Anthony Gordon.
Harvey Barnes added a stylish third for a big three points for the Magpies.
