Penalty miss and own goal nightmare for Nottingham Forest
It was a nightmare result for Nottingham Forest last night as they were their own worst enemies in a 1-0 defeat away to Braga.
First, Morgan Gibbs-White had his penalty saved, and shortly afterwards Ryan Yates put through his own net for what proved to be the winning goal.
This result almost certainly means Forest will have to get through a two-legged play-off to make it into the knockout stages of the Europa League.

Aston Villa grind out impressive win in Turkey
Jadon Sancho headed in the winning goal as Aston Villa earned a hard-fought 1-0 win away to Fenerbahce.
Things didn’t go entirely smoothly for Villa, though, with Youri Tielemans clashing with manager Unai Emery when he was subbed off.
