AC Milan
Youssouf Fofana has been clear with all clubs approaching him since July: he wants to play for AC Milan. There have been several reports of Premier League clubs being keen but it was never close as Fofana’s waiting for Milan. Milan and Monaco are still working on club to club agreement.
Update: AC Milan are closing in on Youssouf Fofana - he’s just one step away. Milan improved the structure of their bid and the agreement with Monaco is now very close. Work in progress to get the deal done this week. Fofana only wanted Milan. Here we go, soon.
Saint-Etienne have submitted a bid to sign Fode Ballo-Toure from AC Milan. Negotiations are ongoing as the player already rejected an approach from Besiktas.

Arsenal
Arsenal and Real Sociedad have been in contact for weeks over Mikel Merino, formal bid part of the process after long verbal talks over deal structure. Similar to the Riccardo Calafiori story, the clubs are negotiating best solution. Merino wants Arsenal, his contract is 100% agreed.
