Dean Jones on Man United midfield target: âIf Man Utd look outside the Premier League for a Bruno replacement, then I would expect Angelo Stiller to be in the mix as a target. For some time now, I have been hearing his name mentioned as a target, but always with the caveat that he would replace Kobbie Mainoo or Fernandes. At this rate, both players look like they might leave soon, so at a time when Man Utd want more tenacity in the centre of the field, I think Stiller might come into conversations. Stiller can play in a deep midfield role, but also create, and if they find another midfielder to go in there too, which will be the plan, then they can start looking at a long-term plan.â
Ruben Amorim has ruthless plan to sacrifice Man United player to make way for new signings. Full Story here!
Ben Jacobs on Kobbie Mainoo: âMy understanding is Kobbie Mainoo was speaking through his brother, he knew about the t-shirt, and he endorsed the message.â
Ian Wright on Bruno Fernandes: âWhen you look at Brunoâs quotes, it comes back to Man United being indecisive. So someone comes in for Bruno Fernandes last summer⌠you shut that down. He didnât want to go. Bruno is basically saying the club went, âitâs up to you if you want to leaveâ. Thatâs not what you want to hear when youâre the person who has basically held the club up by yourself. You want the club to say, âyouâre not going nowhere, youâre a massive part of thisâ. But Manchester United didnât do that. They gave him the option and said, âif you want to go, you can goâ. What is that saying to him? I would take him tomorrow (at Arsenal).â

Tottenham
David Ornstein on Tottenhamâs transfer plans: âThere will be money available if the right profile comes to them, and if it will improve the team in their eyes. They like Antoine Semenyo, for example, if itâs not going to be him, maybe some other players in that wide attacking position, which is something they looked at last summer with Savinho from Manchester City. It didnât come to fruition. Maybe it will in January, and theyâll hope that Thomas Frank can bring the results over time.â
