Bruno Fernandes matched the Premier League single-season assist record with his 20th assist as Manchester United beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 to secure third place.
Fernandes set up Bryan Mbeumo, joining Kevin De Bruyne and Thierry Henry in the record books.
Luke Shaw and Matheus Cunha also scored for United, while Morato and Morgan Gibbs-White replied for Forest.
The win capped a strong season for United, who return to the Champions League, while Michael Carrick is expected to stay as head coach.
