Besiktas
Jota Silva to Besiktas is now set to go through. A deal is now done between Besiktas and Nottingham Forest. Forest will receive a loan fee close to €3m while there’s also a buy option clause close to €17m that can become mandatory. (Fabrizio Romano)
Chelsea
Chelsea are looking at Morgan Rogers as one of their priorities for 2026, with the Blues also considering Kenan Yildiz and Malick Fofana as they look for attacking midfielders after missing out on Xavi Simons in the summer. (Mark Brus, CaughtOffside)
Chelsea have been charged by the FA for 74 breaches of Agent Regulation rules between 2009 and 2022 under their previous owner Roman Abramovich. Breaches relate primarily to the period 2010/11-2015/16. Chelsea have been given until the 19th of September to respond. (FA)
