⚠️ Clubs moving "behind the scenes" for bargain goal machine transfer, says Fabrizio Romano
Where could he end up in January?
Fabrizio Romano has provided an intriguing update on the transfer situation of in-form Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy, revealing his bargain release clause of just €17.5million.
Speaking on his YouTube channel today, Romano explained that there is growing interest in Guirassy after his remarkable run of 14 goals in eight league games so far this season.
Although Romano hasn’t named any specific names, he did suggest that clubs in England and elsewhere in Europe who need a striker this January are considering Guirassy, who is clearly a very tempting option after such a prolific run of form and with such a low asking price.
Stuttgart ideally want to keep the 27-year-old Guinea international, but this clause of course means the power is with the player on this one.
With Romano reporting earlier today that Arsenal and Chelsea are both interested in the £65m-rated Brentford striker Ivan Toney, surely Guirassy would be a perfect cheap alternative for the two London giants in their bid to strengthen up front?
Where do you think Guirassy will end up this January? Do you want your club to sign him? Let us know in the comments!
