Bayern will try again for Kane, who is open to the move
As we know, Bayern submitted a bid earlier in the week for Harry Kane - €70m plus add-ons, which is absolutely not enough to convince Tottenham to sell. There was not even a negotiation, Spurs said no straight away and it was not even considered as something concrete or serious. Daniel Levy’s intention remains the same - there is no intention to sell the player, and there will be a direct conversation between Kane and Ange Postecoglou to discuss the project and how to continue together.
However, the reality is that Kane is open to a move to Bayern. At the moment, my understanding is he hasn’t told Tottenham that he wants to leave, but the feeling on Bayern’s side is that Kane is open to making a move. He knows that Thomas Tuchel really wants him, so it’s now just about an agreement between the clubs. Bayern have no intention to give up, they are prepared to attack the situation again because they want to sign an important striker this summer. They’ve had contacts as well for Dusan Vlahovic, Victor Osimhen and Randal Kolo Muani, but now they want to try again for Kane.
