Saudi clubs to try again for Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah’s future continues to raise questions, with many of you asking me about his situation and the interest from Saudi Arabia.

It’s important to respect Liverpool here, because I feel some of the media coverage they had during the summer was not so respectful, with many pundits saying they had to take the money and sell Salah to Saudi, but they remained strong in their position and kept their star player.

We know the interest was very concrete towards the end of the summer, and into September as well, when the European deadline had already passed. Liverpool rejected more than £100m in the end, and now they are preferring to keep quiet on all these stories.
