Eberechi Eze scores screamer in Arsenal victory
Arsenal are through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League after a 2-0 win at home to Bayer Leverkusen.
Eberechi Eze stole the show with a glorious strike in the first half, turning and volleying a powerful strike into the back of the net.
Declan Rice then finished well to double the Gunners’ advantage in the second half as they now prepare to take on Sporting Lisbon in the next round.

Chelsea booed off after PSG thrashing
Chelsea fans booed their team off after suffering another hammering at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain last night.
After losing 5-2 in the first leg, PSG raced into a 2-0 lead in the early stages of the second fixture at Stamford Bridge, and went on to win 3-0 on the night and 8-2 on aggregate.
Bradley Barcola scored the pick of the goals, but it was a really poor Chelsea display as they exited the Champions League.

Vinicius Junior double dumps Manchester City out
Manchester City were also sent packing from the Champions League in what was always going to be a challenging second leg against Real Madrid.
3-0 down from the first game, City went behind again in this one as Vinicius Junior slotted home the penalty, which was awarded after Bernardo Silva’s hand-ball on the line, which also reduced the home side to ten men.
Erling Haaland equalised but Vinicius ended up scoring again late on to finish what proved to be a pretty one-sided tie.
