Adrien Rabiot was out of contract with Juventus in the summer before deciding to extend his deal for one more year, so he could be a free agent again at the end of this season.

Juve want to extend Rabiot’s contract again, but the France international has also been an option for Manchester United in recent times, according to Fabrizio Romano in his YouTube video post this afternoon.

“Adrien Rabiot was one of the options at Manchester United,” Romano said. “He was considered by the club but they wanted Mason Mount as their priority in that position, so they decided not to enter into that race in a strong way.
