🚨 Fabrizio Romano gives transfer advice to Manchester United misfit Jadon Sancho
Sancho is likely to leave, but where should he go?
Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been advised to move to a club in Germany or Italy next as Fabrizio Romano discussed the player’s transfer situation in today’s exclusive column for the Daily Briefing.
Sancho is going through a difficult period in his Man Utd career, having refused to apologise to Erik ten Hag for his controversial statement on social media earlier this season, which came in response to Ten Hag explaining that he wasn’t happy with hoe the player was performing in training.
The former Borussia Dortmund man is now out of the first-team picture at Old Trafford and Romano earlier this week said it was 99% likely that he’d be on his way out of the club in the January transfer window.
Still, there’s been no concrete update on where Sancho could end up next, even if Romano himself has offered some advice.
“There’s also still nothing happening with Jadon Sancho, even if he is likely to leave Old Trafford this January,” Romano wrote.
“I have no updates on specific clubs as of now, it’s too early, though my personal feeling is that he would benefit from a move abroad to try to get his career back on track. I think Sancho could be perfect for Italian and German clubs, he needs that kind of league to be back on track.
“Still, I don’t like making guesses about a player’s future, so we’ll have to wait a few more weeks, and then it should become clearer what the next step for Sancho will be.”
