Al Nassr
Al Nassr plan is for Sadio Mane’s medical to take place early next week in Dubai, it could be booked Monday/Tuesday. Mane won’t travel to Singapore with Bayern as he’s joining Al Nassr.
Barcelona
Xavi on Ousmane Dembele and PSG: “We will see, in the transfer window you never know. I see Ousmane happy at Barca… then if there's something, he’ll tell us. For now he’s here and he’s happy.”
Bayern Munich
David Raya remains Bayern Munich’s priority target as new goalkeeper. Talks are ongoing, as revealed earlier this week.
Boca Juniors
Boca Juniors have completed the signing of Edinson Cavani after he left Valencia — deal until Dec 2024. Here we go, confirmed.
Brentford
Brentford manager Thomas Frank on David Raya and Bayern: “It’s natural that he would like to leave the club if it’s a good opportunity for him. We all think it’s a good idea at the right price. That means means going towards that and focusing on the other keepers we have.”
Brighton
Brighton are currently not working on Emil Holm deal as new full-back, despite reports. Sassuolo have entered the race but it remains open with Italian clubs pushing.
Chelsea
Chelsea have sealed an agreement to sign Lesley Ugochukwu for a €27-28m fee agreed with Rennes. He’s agreed a long-term deal and medical tests already booked. A decision will be made soon on if he stays with Chelsea or goes on loan to Strasbourg. Here we go.
After completing the Ugochukwu deal with Rennes, Chelsea will focus again on negotiations for Elye Wahi. Talks will continue in the next days to agree terms with Montpellier and then send Wahi on loan to Strasbourg. Chelsea know there are two more clubs also trying to convince Wahi.

Leeds United
Official, confirmed. Goalkeeper Karl Darlow has joined Leeds United from Newcastle.
Leicester City
Stephy Mavididi has signed his contract as a new Leicester player and had his medical. The deal is expected to be announced next week and not today/tomorrow.
Liverpool
Jurgen Klopp: “It’s definitely important to strengthen in midfield. We have to do something, that is clear. We are working on solutions. First people want changes, now everyone is worrying about the changes. We are really optimistic about it. Excited as well.”

Manchester City

Official, confirmed. Nathan Ake has signed a new deal at Man City valid until June 2027. He said: “This is the best club in the world, I have no doubts about that. Being a Man City player makes me incredibly proud every single day.”
