Piero Hincapie has been finalising his Arsenal transfer after arriving in London yesterday. He’s joining from Bayer Leverkusen on loan with a €52m buy option. (Ben Jacobs)
There could be a series of outgoings at Arsenal today: Albert Sambi Lokonga is close to joining Hamburg on a permanent transfer, while Fabio Vieira could also be joining Hamburg on a season-long loan.
