AC Milan
AC Milan are confident of signing Joe Gomez from Liverpool - he can leave Anfield today if they manage to seal the late signing of Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace. (Fabrizio Romano)
Adrien Rabiot to AC Milan has been agreed for a €10m package. The French midfielder has been authorised to leave Marseille and have his medical with Milan today, ahead of signing a four-year contract. (Fabrizio Romano)
Arsenal
Piero Hincapie has been finalising his Arsenal transfer after arriving in London yesterday. He’s joining from Bayer Leverkusen on loan with a €52m buy option. (Ben Jacobs)
There could be a series of outgoings at Arsenal today: Albert Sambi Lokonga is close to joining Hamburg on a permanent transfer, while Fabio Vieira could also be joining Hamburg on a season-long loan. Jakub Kiwior is already in Porto ahead of finalising his move. Reiss Nelson remains in talks with Fulham over a loan with option to buy. Emiliano Martinez has informed Aston Villa that he wants to be allowed to sign for Manchester United. The Argentine goalkeeper has agreed personal terms with the Red Devils, while separate talks are also ongoing over Jadon Sancho joining Villa. (Fabrizio Romano)
