Premier League round-up
Manchester United suffer shock opening day defeat

Brentford cruise past poor Tottenham
Tottenham suffered a nightmare start to the season as they were comfortably beaten 3-0 by Brentford.
The Bees played some lovely football for their opener in particular, and were undoubtedly the better side on the day.
At the same time, however, Spurs’ defending was poor and it could even have been worse for them as Igor Thiago hit the post from a penalty.
