Bayern Munich
Bayern president Hainer on Thomas Muller: “Thomas Muller is an absolute Bayern icon and a player with big merit here. We all wish he would end his career in Munich. We're in talks, I'm optimistic and hope he will stay with us.”
Hainer also had this to say about Fulham’s Joao Palhinha: “Everyone knows that we were interested in João Palhinha, for sure.”

Benfica manager Roger Schmidt has spoken about Angel Di Maria and the club’s plans to keep him before the end of the season. He said: “We will try to keep Angel Di Maria here at the club for one more season, that’s the plan. We are enjoying every game and training session with Di Maria, let’s see. We will try.”
Chelsea
Christopher Nkunku did not feature for Chelsea in their 3-2 thriller against Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday, but the Frenchman is close to making a full return. It won’t be long.
I can say that nothing is going to happen in January between Chelsea and Napoli for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and that is because the player is not for sale. Napoli have a situation on their hands where Victor Osimhen could leave the club next summer. Their idea is to keep Kvaratskhelia and eventually sell Osimhen if they can’t agree a new deal for the Nigerian.
