Brighton stun Liverpool at the Amex
Danny Welbeck scored twice as Brighton beat Liverpool 2-1 at the Amex Stadium, dealing a major setback to the Redsâ hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.
Welbeck gave Brighton an early lead before Liverpool equalised through Milos Kerkez after a defensive mistake.
However, Welbeck struck again, narrowly staying onside, to seal the win and secure all three points for the Seagulls.

Chelsea endured a difficult run that ended in a humbling 3-0 loss, as Everton secured consecutive home victories in the Premier League for the first time this season.
Beto scored twice to become the first Everton player to net more than once in a single match this campaign, before Iliman Ndiaye added a superb curling finish into the top corner.
The result marked Evertonâs most impressive display at their new Hill Dickinson Stadium and prompted many visiting supporters to head for the exits well before full-time.
