Liverpool suffer shock home defeat against Forest
Liverpool’s Premier League struggles worsened on Saturday after suffering a humiliating 3-0 home defeat to relegation-battling Nottingham Forest.
The loss, Liverpool’s sixth in their last seven league games, matched their heaviest home defeat at Anfield.
Forest took the lead through Murillo in the first half before Nicolò Savona and Morgan Gibbs-White struck to seal a famous win and mount further pressure on Slot’s faltering reign.

Harvey Barnes inspires Newcastle against Man City
Harvey Barnes produced a moment of magic to inspire Newcastle United to a memorable 2-1 victory over Manchester City at a roaring St James’ Park, ending the Magpies’ winless streak against Pep Guardiola’s side.
Barnes struck twice in quick succession, first in the 63rd minute, then again just seven minutes later, to secure a massive win for Eddie Howe’s team.
His brace came on either side of Rúben Dias’ equaliser, capping off a crucial win for Howe and his team against Guardiola’s strong Man City side.
