AFC Bournemouth

  • Bournemouth are closing in on a deal to sign Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea. Still key details to sort but a loan deal until June 2025 (extending his contract at Chelsea until 2026) is now close after late-night talks. If all is good later today, Kepa will travel for medical tests.

Arsenal

  • Crystal Palace have approached Eddie Nketiah’s camp as he’s now one of the options being considered. The player is still expected to leave Arsenal after deal off with Nottingham Forest.

  • Eddie Nketiah is open to joining Crystal Palace but a deal will depend on club-to-club agreement. Initial talks on personal terms have already taken place but there are more clubs keen.

  • Positive indications for Arsenal after initial tests on Gabriel Jesus’ injury. The issue doesn’t look too serious but more tests will follow.

  • Charlie Patino is on his way to Spain as Arsenal have authorized his travel to join Deportivo La Coruna. £1m fee for a permanent deal with add-ons and a substantial sell-on clause.
