Manchester City booked their place in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup with a 2-0 win at home to Brentford.
Rayan Cherki scored a stunning opener from the edge of the box in the first half, before Savinho made sure of the victory with a deflected effort in the second half.

Newcastle leave it late against Fulham
Newcastle United had to wait until deep into stoppage time to beat Fulham last night as youngster Lewis Miley headed in the winner.
Yoane Wissa had given the Magpies an early lead in the 10th minute before Sasa Lukic equalised just six minutes later.
But Miley directed a fine header in from a corner to seal a dramatic late win and a date with Man City in the semi-finals.
