UEFA Europa Conference League
Crystal Palace have won the UEFA Europa Conference League, thanks to a solitary goal from Jean-Philippe Mateta against Rayo Vallecano in the 51st minute of the game.
It was the first European trophy in their history and their third piece of silverware under Oliver Glasner after the FA Cup and the Community Shield.
