AC Milan

  • AC Milan feel they are close to a verbal agreement for Luka Modric. There’s been an initial green light on a one year contract plus option until June 2027. €3.5m net salary plus add-ons. AC Milan are waiting for Modric’s timing and respecting his schedule before getting it signed.

  • Chelsea and AC Milan are not currently close on the valuation for Mike Maignan. AC Milan want around €30m for the goalkeeper, but Chelsea only want to pay €10m due to the player being out of contract in 2026. Chelsea won’t wait longer than Monday as they’re also happy with the four goalkeepers they have.

Al Hilal

  • Simone Inzaghi has been officially unveiled as the new Al Hilal head coach until June 2027. He’ll earn a salary of €26m per season after leaving Inter Milan.

  • Fabrizio Romano: “Victor Osimhen remains high on Al Hilal list as new striker with talks ongoing to bring in the Nigerian forward. €75m release clause available, Al Hilal are working on player side for a target now also approved by Simone Inzaghi.”

Arsenal
