Nico Williams is top of Arsenal’s list of winger targets, but Bayern Munich have also held talks with the player’s camp and are planning to do so again. His €58m release clause is not an issue, but his wages make a deal difficult. Athletic Bilbao also plan to offer him a new contract.
Antonio Nusa to Arsenal could be another winger transfer to watch out for, but Chelsea and other Premier League clubs are also keen on the €45m-rated RB Leipzig youngster.
Arsenal also like Kenan Yildiz, and could now have a key connection to the talented young Juventus winger.
There could also be a boost for Arsenal as they chase Rodrygo Goes, with new Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso’s tactics likely to mean he no longer has a role in the starting line up.
Bayern Munich
Bayern director Max Eberl on Florian Wirtz rejecting them for Liverpool: “At first you think, ‘Damn’, but when one door closes, another opens. You reset and prepare again for the future. Florian will make his mark at Liverpool – he’s an exceptional player, no question about it.”
Bayern’s top target now is Nico Williams who is also top of Arsenal’s list. Bayern have met with his camp twice this month, and more meetings will follow. Williams has a €58m clause but his salary requests are expected to be the difficult point. Athletic Bilbao are also set to offer him a new contract.
Turkish Under-21 international Emirhan Demircan has left Bayern to join FC Utrecht as a free agent. Contract until 2028, medical done. The youngster turned down offers from Besiktas, Glasgow Rangers and Hoffenheim.
Brighton
Official: Charalampos Kostoulas has joined Brighton from Olympiacos for €35m plus €2m add-ons. He’s signed a contract until June 2030.
Chelsea
Eintracht director Markus Krosche on Hugo Ekitike: “If the price isn’t right, then he will stay with us.” Chelsea have not made any bid so far - they only asked about the deal conditions two weeks ago and Eintracht insisted on their €100m asking price.
Antonio Nusa is on Chelsea’s radar again, but Arsenal are also exploring the deal during their talks with RB Leipzig over Benjamin Sesko, according to Mark Brus.
Como
Martin Baturina is set to undergo his medical with Como today. A €17m fixed fee plus €5m add-ons has already been agreed with Dinamo Zagreb.
Galatasaray
Galatasaray have officially announced the signing of Leroy Sane, confirming that he will be paid a net guaranteed salary of €9m per season along with a net loyalty bonus of €3m per season.
How Sane joined Galatasaray despite the Turkish giants starting off as outsiders as Arsenal also held talks and Bayern offered the German ace a new contract.
Juventus
Igor Tudor has signed a new contract at Juventus valid until June 2027, plus the option to extend it until 2028.
Renato Veiga’s message to Juventus fans: “It was an absolute pleasure and honour to represent this huge club! Thanks a lot, Fino alla fine.”
Nicolo Savona has signed a new long term contract with Juventus until June 2030.
Liverpool

Liverpool will proceed with the formal steps of the Wirtz move as soon as he returns from his holiday. It’s 100% agreed. The Milos Kerkez deal also remains on the way to being completed.
Darwin Nunez is still guaranteed to leave Liverpool this summer with Saudi Pro League clubs keen on him since January. Napoli have also made contact in the last few days with Nunez on their shortlist and more talks to follow soon. The Uruguay international is open to Saudi or Europe.
Federico Chiesa to Napoli could also be another major Liverpool story to watch out for, according to Alfredo Pedulla.
Manchester City
Fabrizio Romano: “Internal decision at Manchester City for Sverre Nypan: loan next as part of the plan but likely not to be at Girona. Man City assessing several options for the Norwegian talent’s next step.”
Manchester United
Manchester United have officially confirmed that Matheus Cunha has joined on a five-year deal plus options until June 2031. The £62.5m signing from Wolves is now officially done.

Marseille
Fabrizio Romano: “EXCL: Olympique Marseille add Copenhagen 19 year old winger Roony Bardghji to their shortlist. Initial contacts took place also club to club as OM are among many clubs interested. FC Porto already submitted a bid, as revealed.”
Napoli
Official, confirmed: Kevin De Bruyne has signed in as a new Napoli player!
Napoli have agreed personal terms with Sevilla full-back Juanlu Sanchez. Talks are underway over his transfer fee as Sevilla are asking for €20m while Napoli are have offered €15m package.
Real Betis
Junior Firpo is set to sign for Real Betis. A three-year deal has been agreed between the player and the club. The former Leeds United full-back is set to become a Betis player again as he returns for a second spell.
Real Madrid
Trent Alexander-Arnold: “I’m over the moon! Signing for Real Madrid does not happen everyday. It’s a DREAM come true. I knew for a long time that I would only leave Liverpool for Real Madrid. No one else. It was never a question of: where do I go? It was always do I go to Madrid or not?”

Sevilla
Matias Almeyda has agreed to become the new Sevilla manager on an initial three-year contract. The agreement is done and contracts are set to be signed despite links with Serie A clubs. Almeyda is now set for a new chapter in Spain.
Sporting Lisbon
Viktor Gyokeres fires back after Sporting president words: “There’s a lot of talk at the moment, most of it is false. I will speak when the time is right.”
Tottenham
Official, confirmed: Thomas Frank has been announced as the new Tottenham Hotspur manager to replace Ange Postecoglou. The Danish tactician has left Brentford and signed a contract with Spurs until June 2028.
Justin Cochrane will also be moving as new Spurs assistant coach. Cochrane will leave Brentford despite the club’s efforts to keep him as he wants to follow Frank to Tottenham. He will also continue his involvement with the England national team coaching staff.
