Are you able to shed any light on the Odysseas Vlachodimos transfer to Newcastle. Some sources reporting the fee to be €20m plus. How can this be possible when Forest paid €5m for him a year ago and he wasn’t even third choice. If the reports are correct it would put him close to top 10 most expensive goalkeepers in PL history. Surely PL would investigate? Some have said it was part of Elliott Anderson deal but the market value of £35m for Anderson looks ok based on Dewsbury Hall, Smith Rowe deals.
With the best defensive record in the prem last year why did Arsenal buy Calafiori instead of focusing their attention on a #9 or a replacement for Saka ? Is Arsenal still interested in a #9 ? Gyökeres? Osimhen ?
