Bayern Munich
Sad news as Bayern Munich and Germany legend Franz Beckenbauer passed away yesterday, aged 78. He played more than 500 games for Bayern, and won the World Cup as both a player and manager of the German national team. One of the all-time greats. RIP.
Nordi Mukiele is keen on joining Bayern as Thomas Tuchel believes he’d be the ideal candidate for the right-back position. The deal depends on Paris Saint-Germain’s decision on negotiations on loan with a buy clause. PSG would also need to find a replacement, another key point.
Bayern Munich have not sent any formal bid to Genoa for Radu Dragusin so far. Tottenham are still working on the deal, and are still confident, with a key 24 hours ahead.

End of an era at Borussia Dortmund. CEO Hans Joachim Watzke will not sign new deal as he’s set to step down in 2025.
Borussia Dortmund CEO Watzke: “We are in negotiations to sign Jadon Sancho, for sure. We want to sign him on loan. That’s no secret. But we are not yet ready to announce a done deal.”
Borussia Dortmund are increasingly confident to seal both Jadon Sancho and Ian Maatsen deals this week. Talks are progressing well. Sancho is ready to travel as soon as he receives the green light from Manchester United.

Bologna are interested in Celtic’s 18-year-old midfielder Rocco Vata as a potential opportunity for the January transfer window. Talks expected to take place soon and more will follow as interest in the Irish talent is now growing.
Chelsea
Ian Maatsen to Borussia Dortmund, here we go! A verbal agreement is in place between BVB and Chelsea for a loan deal with salary covered. Maatsen will travel on Tuesday, then undergo a medical on Wednesday. Maatsen accepted Dortmund’s offer days ago, and now the deal is done.

Pochettino on Andrey Santos: “Andrey is now going to Brazil to join the national team for a month. During this time, we will decide if it’s good to move on loan or stay with us once he comes back from Brazil.”
Pochettino: “We are discussing about the transfer market internally but it’s not true that we have to sell players before we can bring in new ones. It’s not like that. We don’t need to sell before we can buy for FFP.”

Juventus
Juventus have presented their four year and half contract proposal to Tiago Djalo. Details will be sorted soon in order to get the deal done and sealed soon, as it’s now at the final stages. Juventus agreed on a €3.5m deal with Lille, plus 10% sell-on clause.
Dean Huijsen has already signed new deal at Juventus until June 2028 — it’s all sealed. Huijsen had an excellent debut yesterday at Roma as he joined them on loan last week. Huijsen will return to Juventus in June with one more year on his contract.
Lille
Jonathan David won’t come cheap if he leaves Lille, so what’s the latest on a possible move this January or in the summer?

PSV Eindhoven have approached Manchester United over loan deal for Facundo Pellistri — negotiations are starting. LA Galaxy also want Pellistri and are planning to submit a permanent transfer proposal soon. It’s up to Man Utd and the player, with more to follow in the next days.

RB Leipzig have agreed a deal to sign Croatian top talent Dino Klapija from Kustosija Zagreb. Leipzig will pay a €5.2m fee to Croatian side Kustosija for the 2007-born striker. There will be also a 10% sell-on clause. His medical has already been completed.
Real Madrid

Sevilla
Sevilla have sealed the deal to sign Stanis Idumbo Muzambo from Ajax - it’s all done and completed. The Belgian talented midfielder will undergo a medical on Wednesday. Ajax will receive €400k fee plus add-ons, while Idumbo Muzambo will sign a deal until June 2028.
Tottenham
Tottenham keep working on the Radu Dragusin deal, with the club still confident to make it happen, there have been no changes. Spurs want to close the deal as soon as possible. Negotiations are at final stages, with a key 24 hours ahead. Despite rumours, Bayern Munich have not sent any formal bid to Genoa for Dragusin so far.

Zenit Saint Petersburg
Artur Victor Guimaraes is now set to leave Palmeiras to join Zenit St Petersburg on permanent deal. Agreement reached on €18m fee, player due to travel this week to complete his move. Deal completed by Paulo Pitombeira, Talents Sports agency — set to be made official soon.
