Premier League round-up:
Manchester City keep up pressure on Arsenal
Manchester City ensured they kept up the pressure on Arsenal with a comfortable 3-0 win over Fulham.
First half goals from Antoine Semenyo, Nico O’Reilly, and Erling Haaland did the job at the Etihad Stadium, cutting Arsenal’s lead at the top to three points, though the Gunners have a game in hand.

Liverpool grind out 1-0 win at Sunderland
Liverpool kept their top four hopes alive with a hard-fought 1-0 win away to Sunderland on Wednesday evening.
What initially looked like an own goal has now been credited to Reds captain Virgil van Dijk, whose header from a corner already looked to be going in anyway.
It wasn’t a classic encounter, with Florian Wirtz hitting the post from one of the best chances earlier in the game, but Liverpool did enough for an important three points.
